On Site guided meditation with a certified meditation teacher. 10-15 minute sessions

On-site massage, also known as workplace massage or corporate chair massage, is administered as follows: 

• Employee is fully-clothed 

• In a specially-designed chair, brought by the therapist, which typically slopes forward, providing access to the neck and large muscles of the back 

• In sessions of 10 – 20 minutes or more 

• In a separate location of about 5′ x 5′ 

• With or without music and/or aromatherapy 

• Can be employer-pay, employee-pay or a combination. More about pricing.
