BODY TREATMENT INFORMATION

To preserve your skin, shaving is not recommended before a body treatment  such as mud or a salt scrub. If you wish to shave, please do so at least four hours prior to your service.

Massages and body scrubs are not recommended for sun burns.

Drink plenty of water before and after treatments. The water flushes the free radicals released during a massage out and oxygenates your cells to help produce more of the good stuff. Hydrating after a massage can help prevent excessive soreness. 

It is soothing and beneficial for guests to shower prior to receiving their service. The oils, creams, lotions and scrubs used will continue to provide benefits hours past your session if allowed to soak into your skin.

 

PRESSURE

Please be open & communicate with me during your session if too much pressure or not enough pressure is being applied for your desired results and experience.

 

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

To maintain your blissfulness during your session, choose to silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival.

 

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform us of any existing medical conditions by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. We reserve the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

 

VEGANS

Please notify us if you are vegan, as we can use products that are based around all-natural products with real ingredients which produce real results.

 

FIRST MASSAGE EVER - WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be asked to fill out paperwork or electronic medical forms advising of your current medical condition, injuries and surgeries. Upon your arrival, you will have a consultation on how you can effectively reach your therapeutic goals set. The therapist will step out of the room while you undress and get onto the table and slip under the covers. You may remove your clothes, but may leave underwear on if that makes you comfortable. All areas of the body will remained draped, except the area that is being massaged.

RESERVATIONS

A debit or credit card is required to book your reservation. We encourage our guest to schedule their next appointment(s) at the end of their current session to secure best available dates. We offer online booking for your convenience. Our preferred method of booking is online due to at times we are in session with a client. If you would like to speak with someone, please feel free to call us and leave a message and we will return your call when we are not in session. We accept spa reservations up to three months in advance.

 

Please notify the reservation agent at the time of booking should you have special requests, physical ailments, allergies, or if you are pregnant, as we do not recommend massage services for women in their first trimester of pregnancy.

 

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Spa guests under the age of 17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests under the age of 17 can enjoy massages and select body treatment, but must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service.

 

ARRIVAL

Because your treatment begins at the appointment time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for decompressing, consultation, check-in and changing.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and will reduce the integrity of the treatment. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time and will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time regardless of when your service begins.

 

CANCELATION

Treatments you selected are prepared and held in reserve for you. In order to ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or you are subject to a fee equal to $25 of each service reserved.

 

NO-CALL/NO-SHOW

Anyone who does not show to their appointment or does not call to cancel will be considered a “no-show.” The credit card on file will be charged the full price for the “missed” appointment.

 

REFUND POLICY 

NO REFUNDS on services rendered or not rendered.
